By car

All roads lead to Avoriaz: via Dijon when coming from the North of France, via Lyon when coming from the Centre and the West of France, and via Valence then Grenoble when coming from the South of France. Then follow the road signs indicating Chamonix through the A41 motorway, Exit 18 Cluses, direction Taninges on the D902, then head for Les Gets and Morzine-Avoriaz. Car facilities

The resort is "ski in/ski out" and car-free in order to protect the environment and contribute to your well-being. Use our horse-drawn sleighs to reach your accommodation.

Outdoor car park with 600 parking spaces, 800 metres away from the resort entrance.
€ 68 per week, € 12.00 per day. Open 24 hours with a cashier Snow shovels available. No reservation available.

Transport within the resort

Upon your arrival, shuttle services with sleighs and tracked vehicles are available 24/7 to help you to reach your self-catering apartment, hotel or chalet.

Prices for sleighs: € 5 -14 depending on the distance (and &euro3 extra for luggage;).

Night shuttle service: 7 days a week from 7 pm to 8 am.

Avoriaz and the Portes du Soleil now offer a wider choice of ski passes!

Avoriaz invites children in the spring time!
Starting from March 30th 2013, buy an adult Portes du Soleil ski pass and get one free Portes du Soleil ski pass for a child under 12; available as part of a package sold by an accommodation professional of at least 2 nights and a 3-day ski pass.
New 6-day Aquariaz Ski Pass:
This ski pass will be available April 6-12 and April 13-19. (Adult: € 149 Child (from 5 to 15) : € 109 Youth (from 16 to 18): € 130. It offers access to the Avoriaz ski area and includes 3 free tickets for the Aquariaz water paradise of Avoriaz.

New 6-day Avoriaz Ski Pass:
This ski pass will be available April 13-19 2013 (€ 97.50 per child, € 130 per adult and € 118 per youth and senior)

5-hour ski pass:
This ski pass has been designed for those who want to lie in and it offers skiers total freedom to decide what time to hit the slopes! Portes du Soleil: € 42.50 / Avoriaz: € 33

Child ski pass:
Throughout the season in the Portes du Soleil, the child pass applies up to and including the age of 15. In most other resorts the age limit is 12!

Free Kids Pass:
In April, children under 12 ski for free! When booking your accommodation, a Child ski pass will be offered for each adult ski pass you buy!

Family pass
Families of 4 members minimum buying at least 4 6-day Portes du Soleil ski passes will get a 10% discount on the public price. As a result, the price of the 6-day adult Portes du Soleil ski pass is € 202.5 and the Child/(up to 19 years old) is € 152.10!

Youth ski pass from 16 to 19:
Youth benefit from a 10% discount off the adult ski pass. As a result, the price of a 6-day youth Portes du Soleil ski pass is € 203. This offer can be combined with the Family ski pass, and in this case the price of the Youth ski pass is only € 183!

Beginners ski pass:
A 5-hour, 1- or 2-day pass to enjoy the Avoriaz ski area. It grants access to the Super - Morzine, Serraussaix, Proclou and Ecole area, the slopes and lifts in the centre of Avoriaz, the Prodains cable car and the Crôt slope. It grants access to the following ski lifts: Serraussaix, Baron, Zore, Super-Morzine, Proclou, Ecole, Plateau, Tour, Dromonts and Prodains.

Park & Stash ski pass
Grants access to the following ski lifts: Prodains cable car, Stade, Tour and Prolays chairlifts, Surf, Arare 1 & 2, Chapelle, Ecoles 1 et 2, Trashers draglifts, Ardent gondola. Only available on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

Pedestrian and cross-country pass
It grants access to the following ski lifts: Ardent gondola (way up and down), Lechere chairlift (way up only), Super-Morzine gondola (way up and down), Zore chairlift (way up and down), Plateau chairlift (way up only), Prodains cable car (way up and down), Lindarets chairlift (way up only).

Enjoy all the advantages of buying online: Simple, quick, convenient and discounts available. After receiving your hands free card with your personalised code (WTP), you will need only to log in to the resort's website, select your ski pass (2-hour minimum interval before activation) and proceed to the secure checkout with your credit card. If you do not have a card with a personalised code (WTP), please ask for an exchange at the SERMA pass selling points.

Ski pass kiosks

Cable car upper station: open every day 8:30am-5pm

Place Centrale (next to the Tourist Office): open every day 8:30am-4:45pm and 8:30am-7:30pm on Saturday during school holidays.

Avoriaz Plateau kiosk: open on Saturday and Sunday 9am-2pm and every day from February 16th to March 17th 9am-2pm.
